A cop and his cousin, a brazen thief, are surprised on a crime scene, in the same room with a murdered man. They’re incriminated for his killing, but the police believes in their innocence and sends the odd couple of detectives Franco and Ciccio to track down the real felon, who’s thought to be working in a circus.
